Mr. Joel R. Aguada serves as the President of Omega One Development Corporation, bringing over two decades of extensive experience in corporate leadership, business development, strategic consultancy, and public-private partnership engagement. As a seasoned Government-to-Government (G2G) Consultant and Corporate Advisor. Mr. Aguada provides visionary leadership that propels Omega One’s growth in the competitive infrastructure and construction landscape. His strategic foresight and ability to navigate complex regulatory and business environments position the company as a trusted partner in both government and private sector projects. Mr. Aguada's career spans a diverse range of industries, demonstrating his agility and depth as a business leader. Prior to his role at Omega One, he served as the President of Syudad Franchise Inc., where he successfully spearheaded the nationwide expansion of the Syudad by Barrio Fiesta restaurant chain—blending heritage culinary branding with modern franchise systems. He also held the position of General Manager at Primeland Proventus Philippines, Inc., a dynamic real estate sales and marketing firm, where he drove strategic growth initiatives and market penetration efforts.
Further strengthening his corporate portfolio, Mr. Aguada served as Vice President for Business Development and Sales — Asia Pacific at Megaworld Corporation, one of the Philippines’ premier property development companies. In this role, he was instrumental in broadening the company’s regional footprint and forging high-value partnerships across the Asia-Pacific region. His consultancy engagements include work with San Miguel Properties, Inc., where he contributed to key real estate and development strategies. He is also an active member of the Philippine Franchise Association, underscoring his commitment to industry best practices, innovation, and entrepreneurial development. Mr. Aguada’s leadership is defined by a results-oriented mindset, a collaborative approach, and a deep understanding of both emerging markets and institutional frameworks—qualities that continue to guide Omega One toward sustained growth and strategic relevance.
